Help out with Grad Days

The Office of Alumni Affairs is seeking volunteers to assist with this year’s Grad Days Event taking place on October 20 and 21, 2009, at the Coyote Bookstore from

9 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Grad Days is a two day event for the graduating class of 2009 where they will be able to complete their Commencement preparations. We are looking for volunteers to assist with check-ins, guide students through the registration process, direct them to various vendors, and share with them the benefits and advantages of becoming a member of the Alumni Association.

You may sign up for one or both days in 2-4 hour shifts (however, if you’d like to volunteer for a longer shift, you are most welcome to do so.)

Tuesday, October 20, 2009 – from 8:00a.m. to 7:30p.m.

Wednesday, October 21, 2009 – from 8:00a.m. to 7:45p.m. (or until we’re packed up)

Grad Days Training Session – October 15 or 16, 5:00 – 6:30 .pm., AD-121

Please sign up if you have never volunteered for Grad Days.

If you would like to volunteer for this wonderful event please contact the Office of Alumni Affairs at (909) 537-3700, or email Betzy at ekritz@csusb.edu.  Please let us know which day and time range (i.e.: Tuesday, 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.) you’d like to volunteer for.  Lunch will be provided for volunteers working 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. 

In order to complete the schedule and order catering, we will need your volunteer commitment by Wednesday, October 14, 2009 at 5 p.m.
